introducing music camp: a holiday program designed to bring students a holistic opportunity to experience music & creativity in a safe space
Our heart behind everything we do is to see students grow in their confidence and love for music - and this mission is the very bedrock of our holiday programs, masterclasses and music camp.
what our music camp will include
Our camp will run over the course of a week, and each day will include a different variation of workshops designed to empower students to grow in their understanding and love for creative expression.

Musical Foundations
From music theory to scales to chords - this segment of our music camp will equip students to build a strong foundation in the basics of music.
Whether students have prior music experience or not - our program is designed to cater all skill levels.

Creative Expression
Engaging in creative expression allows students to explore their imagination, develop problem-solving skills, build self-confidence, and discover their voice.
Through various activities, our program is designed to help students develop their imagination & mind-body connection.

Songwriting
The songwriting segment of our music camp will provide students a nurturing environment to hone their craft and express their creativity.
The session will be filled with collaborative exercises, feedback sessions, and guidance on song structure and composition.

Vocal Recording
We are excited to provide students the opportunity to record their own, original song. Whether it be vocals, piano or guitar.
We want students to work towards writing and expressing their creativity and packaging it in a tangible audio file they can listen to at home.

Performance Techniques
Our performance techniques segment will cover a range of topics, including: vocal warm-up exercises, breathing techniques, pitch control, range expansion, vocal health tips, stage posture, microphone techniques, and ways to connect with the audience emotionally.
how does it all work?
Students can choose to attend 1 day of the music camp, or enrol for the entire program.
Our music camp is not an overnight “camp” - but a series of days filled with creative workshops from 9.00am-3.00pm.
Students will be required to pack their own lunch, recess and water bottle. Please see the schedule of events for our music camp listed below!
Please note that we will need a minimum of 5 students to run the workshop each day.

Regardless of students’ musical ability, this segment of our music camp is designed to cater for a range of different skill levels. From music theory, scales to chords - the “Musical Foundations” segment of our music camp will equip students to build a strong foundation in the basics of music.

Providing young minds with the opportunity to express themselves creatively not only nurtures their cognitive abilities but also fosters emotional well-being and enhances their capacity to communicate effectively with the world around them.
Wednesday 10th July

Regardless of students’ musical ability, this segment of our music camp is designed to cater for a range of different skill levels. From music theory, scales to chords - the “Musical Foundations” segment of our music camp will equip students to build a strong foundation in the basics of music.

Our focus on creative expression is designed to help students explore their imagination through active participation, and developing a strong mind-body connection.
Through mandala making / colouring to music and guided imagery with music - students can expect to work through meditative exercises for emotional expression, centering, and self-soothing to create a sense of safety and stability.
Thursday 11th July

Students will receive the opportunity to step up and have individual performances and receive individual feedback and guidance from experienced vocal coaches to improve their singing skills and performance confidence.
Overall, attending a singing performance techniques workshop can be a rewarding experience for both beginners and seasoned performers looking to refine their craft and take their singing to the next level.

Students will be given the opportunit to engage in video performances to showcase their earnings from the Performance Techniques segment of our music camp.
Friday 12th July

The benefit of songwriting workshops is immeasurable for aspiring musicians and lyricists. Our workshop provides students a nurturing environment where they can hone their craft, express their creativity and learn from our teachers.
Through collaborative exercises, feedback sessions, and guidance on song structure and composition, students can expect to unlock their potential and improve their skills.

Students will be given the opportunity to record the piece they wrote in the songwriting segment of this workshop. Whether it be instrumental or vocal - we’d love for students to package their creative expression into an audio file they can take home.
